Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in South Delhi for a Reservation Associate. The Reservation Associate will handle day-to-day tasks including managing reservations, answering guest inquiries, processing bookings, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. The role involves direct interaction with guests, coordinating with different departments, and maintaining accurate records of all reservations and cancellations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in reservation systems and software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is preferred
• Maintain and update guest information and booking details in the PMS
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reservation reports
