Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Guest Relationship Manager at Rishikesh. As the Guest Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction, customer service, performing receptionist duties, communication, and managing reservations. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all guests.
