Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Intern located in Rishikesh. The Reservation Intern will be responsible for handling reservation requests, providing excellent customer service, managing communications with guests, and supporting sales activities. The role also involves assisting with the training of new staff members and ensuring all reservations and related processes are handled efficiently.

Qualifications

• Skills in managing Reservations and Sales activities
• Excellent Communication abilities
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain a positive guest experience
• Experience in Training and supporting new staff members
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
