Reseller Partnership Opportunity

Role Overview: You have the exciting opportunity to become an Authorized Reseller Partner for QRate, a next-generation Customer & Employee Experience (CX/EX) analytics and performance enablement solution. Your role will involve representing QRate in your geography and domain network, introducing the platform to institutional clients, demonstrating its value proposition, and supporting their onboarding and engagement journey in partnership with Onymy or the designated Master Reseller. This entrepreneurial opportunity allows established training and consulting firms to add a cutting-edge CX technology layer to their service offerings and expand their portfolio from training delivery to experience-driven business transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Represent QRate in your designated geography and domain network - Introduce the platform to institutional clients and demonstrate its value proposition - Support clients in their onboarding and engagement journey in partnership with Onymy or the designated Master Reseller - Expand your service offerings to include a transformative CX technology layer - Build deep client relationships and embody credibility in consultative selling Qualifications Required: - At least 10 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D), HR consulting, or organizational development - Minimum 3 years of experience delivering training or consulting services, independently or in partnership with other providers - Proven experience in selling or implementing training or software-based solutions to enterprise or institutional clients - Prior execution of training and development assignments in industries such as Banking, Insurance, Retail, Hospitality, Education, Healthcare, or Public Services (e.g., Immigration, Licensing, or Citizen-facing departments) Additional Company Details: QRate was developed with the support of a grant from Cradle Fund SdnBhd (CIPSpark/Sprint).
