Research Scientist

As a Research Scientist in our company, your role involves ensuring the completion of experiments and generating accurate and reproducible data. You will be responsible for developing relevant models and validating them. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising and executing laboratory / pilot plant experiments related to the research area - Organizing facilities for experiments including chemicals, equipment, and analytical methods - Participating in pilot plant operations / studies and utilizing results for model development - Supporting plant operations and collecting data for relevant analysis - Uploading reports on the portal and preparing Internal Technical Reports As for the qualifications required, we are looking for candidates with a PhD in Biology/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering specializing in the relevant research area. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 2-3 years of research experience. In terms of skills and competencies, you should be able to conduct literature surveys, develop work methods, and prepare SOPs for experiments. You should also be proficient in using simulation models, studying technology offers, and performing process engineering design activities. Familiarity with applicable guidelines, codes, standards, and legislations relevant to the field of research is also required for this role.,
