You have 5-8 years of work experience and are required to lead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central, with a focus on Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Taxation, and Consolidation. Your responsibilities include conducting workshops, gathering business requirements, preparing detailed documentation, translating business needs into functional specifications, configuring, testing, and deploying financial modules and related integrations. It is essential to ensure proper data migration and reconciliation of financial balances from legacy systems. As a lead, you will provide guidance to the functional team, review and mentor consultants and trainees, deliver user training, UAT support, and post-go-live stabilization. Furthermore, you will act as the client-facing lead for the Finance workstream, ensuring smooth communication and stakeholder management. Reviewing deliverables before submission to clients, preparing technical documents for procurement, and participating in project review meetings are also key aspects of your role. You will be expected to prepare Bill of Materials and Cad files for SAP ordering, ensuring the quality of deliverables as a top priority, and offering support to the Production and site installation team on technical issues. In terms of work experience requirements, you should hold a bachelor's degree or a 3-year Diploma in electrical engineering or a related discipline, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in GIS. Proficiency in 3D tools like AUTOCAD, ProE/CREO, and MS Office is essential, as well as knowledge of international standards such as IEC/ANSI and high voltage GIS products. To be successful in this role, you must possess a B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with First Class qualification and have 18 to 20 years of total experience in handling design activities, with at least 5 years as a Lead Engineer in projects. Experience in the Electric Battery (Lithium Ion - Cathode and Anode) sectors is a must. You will be responsible for ensuring the completion of experiments and generating accurate and reproducible data. This will involve developing relevant models, validating them, and supervising laboratory/pilot plant experiments within the research area. Your duties will include sample preparation, characterization, and evaluation, as well as organizing facilities and resources for experiments. Additionally, you will participate in pilot plant operations/studies and use the results as boundary conditions for model development. Supporting plant operations, collecting data, conducting analysis, uploading reports, and preparing Internal Technical Reports are also part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you must have a PhD in Biology/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering with specialization in the relevant research area. A minimum of 2-3 years of research experience is required.
