Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and optimize AI-driven tools and processes within the Source AI team - Lead analyses on key spend categories to identify opportunities and work with practice leaders and experts to continuously build the solution with new functionalities and knowledge - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the platform for seamless client deployment and continuous upgradation of functionalities - Connect with external market solutions and establish partnerships that deliver value to both parties - Mentor analysts on topics related to procurement analyses and delivery of solutions for clients Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business, or supply chain - 5+ years of relevant professional experience in supply chain and procurement, with exposure to digital solution development and/or deployment and/or category management execution - Broad expertise in spending category optimization, both on direct and indirect - Exceptional problem-solving ability, logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and ability to untangle complex issues - Experience in Excel model building and familiarity with basic IT concepts - Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing - Ability to work independently, manage projects, and collaborate effectively in a team environment At McKinsey, you will be part of a global community with colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities.
