Job Description

You will be responsible for the following key activities in the role: - Leading electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) software administration and management - Providing ELN trainings to new joiners - Connecting with third party and internal stakeholders regularly for implementation and troubleshooting - Conducting literature surveys as per order forms - Supervising experimental work in the laboratory - Ensuring laboratory safety and compliance - Ensuring availability of raw materials and equipment required for the execution of experimental planning - Understanding the safety aspects of all reactions and chemicals to be used in the laboratory - Playing the role of Emergency Response Team (ERT) member and shift incharge - Performing night duties as per site philosophy - Ensuring 100% compliance on ERA and zero safety incidents in the lab - Managing laboratory operations including disposal of samples, disposal of chemical waste, and chemical inventory - Maintaining equipment by ensuring preventive maintenance of allocated instruments and inventory of spares You will also need to have an experience of 1 to 5 years.,
