You will be responsible for leading the administration and management of electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) software in the Strategic Technology Team 1 of the R&D department. Your duties will include providing ELN training to new employees, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for implementation and troubleshooting, and conducting literature surveys as per order forms. As part of your role, you will supervise experimental work in the laboratory, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols. It will be your responsibility to maintain laboratory safety, ensure the availability of necessary raw materials and equipment for experiments, and have a thorough understanding of the safety aspects related to reactions and chemicals used in the laboratory. Additionally, you will serve as the Emergency Response Team (ERT) member and shift incharge, performing night duties as required by the site's operational philosophy. Your focus will be on achieving 100% compliance with Environmental Risk Assessment (ERA) requirements and maintaining zero safety incidents in the lab. Laboratory management tasks will also fall under your purview, including the disposal of samples and chemical waste, as well as maintaining the chemical inventory. You will be expected to oversee equipment maintenance by ensuring the preventive maintenance of allocated instruments and managing the inventory of spare parts effectively.,
