Designation: Research Engineer Civil (IMPC) (ARAI Contract) - 01 No.

Location:

We are seeking an experienced BE - Civil Engineer with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management, AutoCAD, tender evaluation, and infrastructure development. The role requires travel within Maharashtra and India.

• Design and Development:

  Design and develop infrastructure projects, including roads, buildings, and other civil engineering projects.

• Project Management:

  Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

• Tender Evaluation:

  Evaluate tenders from contractors and architects, ensuring compliance with project requirements.

• Site Inspection:

  Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Automated Equipment Design:

  Design and implement automated equipment for building infrastructure, such as material handling systems and robotics.

• Government Liaison:

  Liaise with government authorities, RTO, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

• Team Management:

  Lead and manage a team of junior engineers, technicians, and other support staff.

• Quality Control:

  Ensure quality control measures are in place and implemented throughout the project lifecycle.

• Cost Estimation:

  Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, forecasting, and reporting.

• Communication and Presentation:

  Develop strong verbal and written communication skills, and deliver effective presentations to stakeholders.

• Proposal and Report Writing:

  Prepare proposals, reports, and other documentation as per requirements.

• Training and Development:

  Deliver training programs and develop business presentations to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements :

• Qualification:

  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• Experience:

  5-10 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in infrastructure development.

Skills :

• AutoCAD, Revit, and other civil engineering software.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within Maharashtra and India.

Knowledge :

• Government tendering procedures and regulations.
• Verification of billing and commissioning equipment.
• Preparation of proposals, reports, and other documentation.
