Designation: Project Specific

Location: ARAI – HTC, Chakan

Work Experience: min. 2 – 3 Years working in crash laboratory, high speed cameras

The candidate should be Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (D.M.E) or Diploma in Automobile Engineering (D.A.E). from reputed College with good record of academic career with relevant experience of 2-3 years in crash laboratory, MS Word, Excel, Power point operational skill good oral communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Candidates should possess necessary skill sets mentioned in below job description.

• To Work under supervision of Engineer for complete test set up for on board and off board high speed cameras.
• Must have experience of working on Photron & IDT make high speed cameras, controllers and IES make camera networking system for min. 2 years.
• Must have experience of operating Photron PFV4 and IDT motion studio high speed camera software’s and setting for offboard and onboard high speed cameras views according to customers requirements.
• In depth knowledge for camera trigger mounting, software settings and interface with other onboard systems.
• In depth knowledge about camera related terminologies – e.g. fps, shutter speed, etc. and usage of the same during camera view settings.
• Must have experience on preparation of fixtures for onboard cameras and ensure secured mounting to withstand high speed impact.
• Must have experience of working on AOS/IES make on board LED lighting system, controller and syncing it with camera controller.
• Responsible for secured cable laying and connections related to HSP cameras under high speed impact.
• Responsible for diagnostics, fault finding and preventive maintenance related to all high-speed cameras, lenses, cables, other hardware accessories and maintaining duly filled checklists for the same.
• Responsible for carrying out measurements and record observations on test vehicle as per SOP – Weighment, H-Point Measurement,
• Must have experience of operating 3D Portable CMMs – FARO, Hexagon
• Responsible for following the Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining duly filled checklists for the identified tasks

  : Working in Shifts, Good track record if already employed.
