We is seeking a Research & Development Executive to play a key role in strengthening our vocational education and training programs.
As part of our academic team, you’ll be responsible for:
· Conducting academic and market research to identify new course opportunities
· Supporting curriculum and course development, including self-accredited programs
· Ensuring compliance with ASQA and VET Quality Framework standards
· Collaborating with trainers and industry experts to enhance learning outcomes
· Driving continuous improvement through data analysis and innovation
What We’re Looking For:
· 3–5 years of experience in R&D, curriculum design, or academic coordination
· Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
· Knowledge of Australian VET standards (ASQA, AQF) – desirable but not essential
· A creative and proactive mindset with a passion for learning and innovation
