Position: Customer Support & Pet Care Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support & Pet Care Sales Executive, you will be the voice of our pet care division. Your key responsibilities will include:·
Calling customers to confirm website orders & verify details.
Following up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction & pitch related products.
Handle leads from our Pet Consulting section: ·
Connecting with pet parents & understanding their needs.
Coordinating with veterinary consultants & scheduling appointments.Managing/recommending vet-suggested products & ensuring smooth order placements.
What we’re looking for:
Excellent communication in English & Hindi (Mandatory).
Comfortable with calls & customer engagement.Basic knowledge of e-commerce/order management is a plus.Experience in Customer Support or Sales will be an added advantage.
