Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an entry-level professional responsible for research, basic data analysis, information compilation, and creation of structured outputs in Excel and PowerPoint. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to convert raw inputs into clear, decision-ready formats. Regular coordination with the team will be essential to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Data Gathering

  • Conduct secondary research to collect relevant market, industry, and project-related information.
  • Compile and organize data from multiple sources in a structured manner.
  • Identify gaps or unclear inputs and proactively seek clarifications.

2. Data Analysis & Interpretation

  • Perform basic analysis in Excel, including sorting, filtering, summarizing, and chart creation.
  • Identify trends, insights, and key takeaways from data sets.
  • Present findings in a clear and concise format for internal review.

3. Report & Presentation Preparation

  • Prepare structured PowerPoint presentations and Excel sheets based on collected data.
  • Ensure outputs are accurate, professional, and aligned with the required formats.
  • Convert raw data and instructions into clean, decision-ready documents.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with team members to understand requirements and revise deliverables as needed.
  • Communicate effectively in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
  • Maintain consistency and clarity in all shared documents and updates.

5. Quality, Accuracy & Timeliness

  • Ensure all reports and presentations are free of errors and delivered on time.
  • Pay close attention to details and maintain high-quality standards in every output.
  • Demonstrate reliability and responsibility in meeting work commitments.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, charts).
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint (clean slide-making, visual structuring).
  • Strong command over English and Hindireading, writing, and comprehension.
  • Ability to identify insights, question unclear inputs, and interpret information logically.
  • High attention to detail and strong organization skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Commerce, Arts, Management, or similar preferred).
  • Prior exposure to market research, data interpretation, analysis, internship projects, or presentation development will be an advantage.
  • Fresher candidates with strong analytical and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.
