Research Consultant – Academic Publishing

Summary: We are seeking a Research Consultant with a strong academic background in Engineering Management or Social Sciences, who has hands-on experience publishing review and research papers in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Scopus, SCI, Web of Science, Elsevier, Springer).

This role involves providing expert support to researchers and students in developing and refining academic manuscripts, conducting literature reviews, selecting suitable journals, and navigating the academic publishing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research Article Writing: Conduct in-depth research across diverse fields and produce high-quality research articles for publication. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance in content.
• Publication Strategy: Demonstrate expertise in the research publication process, including selecting appropriate journals, understanding submission guidelines, and ensuring compliance with publication standards.
• Submission Follow-up: Take ownership of the submission process, ensuring timely follow-upon research articles submitted to journals. Communicate with editors, track submission progress, and address any queries or revisions requested by the editorial team.
• Write and Provide expert consultation on academic research projects, particularly in Engineering Management or Social Sciences.
• Assist clients in developing research and review papers for submission to top-tier journals.
• Support journal selection, formatting, and submission processes.
• Stay updated with publishing trends, citation styles, and peer-review requirements.
• Collaborate with editorial and writing teams to ensure quality and originality.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Management, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated academic experience with publishing review or research papers in reputed journals.
• Deep understanding of academic writing standards, research methodologies, and manuscript structuring.
• Proficiency in literature review tools and referencing styles (APA, MLA, IEEE, etc.).
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Scopus/SCI/WoS indexed journals.
• Research or Review paper should be published
