Research Associate

We are currently seeking a Research graduate to focus on AI ethics and Responsible AI, conducting research on various aspects of AI implementation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 published papers on this subject. As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include: - Conducting research on AI implementation within ethical and responsible frameworks - Analyzing various Open Source Frameworks to identify bias and ensure model explainability - Gathering and comparing data resources - Sharing findings with the research team while maintaining confidentiality - Adhering to required methodologies and performing fieldwork as necessary. To excel in this role, you should possess strong research and analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the initiative to work independently. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, curious to learn new tools and technologies, and has excellent communication skills.
