Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Examine public records including deeds, liens, mortgages, and court judgments to determine property ownership.
Verify the
chain of title
to ensure completeness and accuracy without gaps or inconsistencies.
Identify encumbrances such as unpaid taxes, judgments, or claims affecting transferability.
Confirm legal property descriptions and ensure alignment with public documentation.
Conduct deep research using courthouse/county records, online databases, and historical data.
Detect fraudulent activity in title transfers and raise red flags when necessary.
Prepare and submit title reports outlining ownership status, encumbrances, and relevant legal history.
Assist in issuing title commitments for insurance coverage once title issues are resolved.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficient in English (verbal and written) mandatory for communication, tools, and documentation.
Strong typing skills with minimum 95% accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work in Night Shift.
