Research Associate

As a Research Associate at Peerbagh, you will have the exciting opportunity to work in our Dehradun office on various research and communications outreach projects. This entry-level position involves being the face of our organization, where you will engage in organizing and hosting events, leading interviews, book conversations, and community activities to foster diversity and inclusion in literature. Your key responsibilities will include crafting communications materials such as web content, emails, blog posts, video content, and social media campaigns to enhance outreach and engagement. Additionally, you will conduct thorough research on the 2025 Varta storytelling festival and conduct interviews with experts. Collaborating with partners and donors, organizing both online and in-person events, and supporting student reporters, volunteers, and the online community are also integral parts of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong research and writing skills, experience in social media management and content creation, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for community engagement and the social sector.
