Research Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing routine samples such as product development batches, stability study samples, and raw materials. This includes operating and calibrating analytical instruments and equipment, as well as conducting analytical activities related to the Quality Control department. You will also be involved in the qualification of working standards and documenting analytical activities following good documentation practices. Working in the laboratory according to good laboratory practices and using personal protective equipment (PPE) while following safe practices in the lab are essential aspects of this role. Additionally, you may be assigned other tasks by the management. Key Responsibilities: - Analysis of routine samples including product development batches, stability study samples, and raw materials - Operation and calibration of analytical instruments/equipment - Analytical activities related to the Quality Control department - Qualification of working standards - Documentation of analytical activities following good documentation practices - Sampling of raw materials from the pilot plant dispensing area - Analysis of samples in the Quality Control laboratory - Operation and calibration of instruments in the Quality Control laboratory Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in analyzing routine samples and operating analytical instruments - Knowledge of good laboratory practices and good documentation practices - Ability to follow safe practices in the lab and use personal protective equipment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation - Flexibility to perform any other tasks assigned by management,
