We are seeking a Research Assistant to support research projects through data collection, analysis, and reporting. This role works closely with research teams and project managers, organizing research materials and analyzing data to contribute to decision-making and project outcomes. Candidates with strong analytical skills and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.

主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities

• データ収集、整理、分析のサポート
• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data
• 文献調査や市場調査の実施
• Conduct literature reviews and market research
• 調査レポートやプレゼンテーション資料の作成
• Prepare research reports and presentation materials
• チームメンバーやプロジェクトマネージャーとの連携
• Collaborate with team members and project managers
• 研究成果や分析結果の整理・報告
• Compile and summarize research findings

応募条件 / Requirements

• 大学卒以上（関連分野歓迎）
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (related field preferred)
• データ分析やリサーチ経験がある方歓迎
• Experience in research or data analysis is a plus
• Excel、Google Sheetsなどの基本ツール使用経験
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
• 論理的思考力と細部への注意力
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• チームでの協働力・コミュニケーション能力
• Teamwork and communication skills
• 英語力があれば尚可（国際プロジェクト対応の場合）
• English proficiency is a plus (for international projects)
