Research Assistant

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Document and maintain comprehensive records of formulations and tests. Manage R&D budgets and resources efficiently. Agriculture: Design and execute field trials and lab experiments to test new seed varieties, biostimulants, and crop protection products. Investigate sustainable farming practices, including climate-smart agriculture and organic methods. Develop and test precision agriculture technologies, such as drone-based monitoring and AI-driven insights. Livestock: Conduct research on animal nutrition, feed formulations, and biosecurity protocols to improve animal health, welfare, and productivity. Manage and implement breeding programs and assess genetic improvements. Study sustainable livestock management practices that minimize environmental impact. Fertilizer: Research and develop innovative, eco-friendly fertilizer formulations, including slow-release, nano, and bio-based products. Conduct comprehensive analysis of soil and plant samples to optimize nutrient levels and develop precise recommendations. Evaluate the environmental impact and efficiency of new fertilizer products through controlled experiments.
