Key Responsibilities: Maintain and regularly update project schedules, Gantt charts, and task trackers in Smartsheet's or Google Sheets. Monitor task progress across departments, follow up with stakeholders, and highlight delays or issues. Ensure timely updates to project dashboards and summary reports. Maintain centralized document control, ensuring all project-related files are organized, backed up, and version-controlled. Draft, edit, and circulate meeting minutes, reminders, and action items. Assist in compiling reports and preparing documentation for audits or internal reviews. Preparation of summary of research papers and other technical documents. Coordination of Laboratory Trials and other activities. Key Skills Required: Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Microsoft Office) and/or Smartsheet's. Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Basic understanding of engineering or technical documentation is preferred. Educational Qualification & Experience: Graduate in any scientific discipline (preferably bachelors in engineering (Chemical/Process/Plant Engineering) or Master of Science(Chemistry)). Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, project coordination, or documentation roles. Prior experience in R&D or engineering project environments is an advantage. The candidate will initially train in Raipur Office and then will be permanently shifted to Bhubaneshwar. Note:- The selected person will be stationed at the Raipur Office for 03-04 months , and thereafter will be permanently stationed at the Bhubaneswar Office.
