Key Responsibilities:Conduct research to develop new products, technologies, or processes aligned with company goals. Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and interpret results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, production, QA) to bring new products from concept to commercialization. Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products. Optimize existing products and processes for performance, cost, or sustainability improvements. Ensure all R&D activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Assist in intellectual property development and patent applications as necessary. Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Engineering, Biotechnology, Materials Science, etc.) Proven experience in R&D or product development (1–5+ years depending on role level). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in lab techniques, modeling tools, or software relevant to the industry. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
