Job Description

Research best possible flight and hotel redemptions for specific dates/destinations.
Track airline and hotel loyalty program changes and update the team.
Create back-end reports that simplify options for advisors
Analyze spending data and prepare recommendations for credit card optimization.
Maintain an internal knowledge base of redemption sweet spots and hacks.

Ideal Profile

Strong analytical skills; comfortable with research and data crunching.
Knowledge (or willingness to learn) about airline alliances, loyalty programs, and hotel chains.
Detail-oriented and organized able to handle multiple client requests.
Doesn t need to be client-facing, but must be able to explain findings to advisors clearly.
Prior experience in travel research, OTA back-end, or finance analytics is a plus.
