Techno-functional resource with experience in the ServiceNow platform, specifically in Enterprise Architecture (EA) (also known as Application Portfolio Management (APM). The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical teams, driving successful ServiceNow EA/APM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on ServiceNow EA/APM functionalities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to ServiceNow EA/APM.
• Oversee and coordinate technical implementation activities within ServiceNow EA/APM.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
• Manage and optimize the application landscape, including application rationalization and lifecycle management.
• Support Technology Portfolio Management (TPM), including standardization and risk assessment of underlying technologies.
• Apply business capability-based planning and modeling to align IT solutions with business goals.
• Prepare and present regular status updates to project leadership and stakeholders.
