Role & responsibilities Atleast 8-10 Years of Experience with Service Now platform Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow APM and its integration with the ServiceNow platform Deep understanding of CSDM 3.0 or later, including its domains, data structure, and best practices for CMDB data modeling Experience in aligning APM with CSDM, particularly in mapping applications to business capabilities, services, and technical architecture Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Skill in creating and managing relationships between applications, business services, and technical services as per CSDM guidelines Proficiency in using ServiceNow's Service Builder feature for creating and managing services following CSDM guidance. Understanding of APM's role in strategic portfolio management and its integration with other ServiceNow modules10. Application Inventory Categorization Data Certification Application Services Proficiency in data management and data quality assurance practices. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and shell scripting. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high data quality standards.
