Manage and drive sales activities across the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and strengthen relationships with customers, agents, and channel partners.
Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team within the territory.
Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare regular MIS reports and track overall territory performance.
Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA preferred).
3–6 years of experience in sales, territory management, or distribution handling (BFSI/Insurance preferred).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Good market knowledge of Tehri and surrounding areas.
Ability to handle field activities and team management.
Local candidates highly preferred.
