Job Overview:

Inside Sales Executive (Telecalling B2B)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound tele calls to
dealers, distributors, and agri-retailers
for product promotion
Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products
Generate qualified leads and forward them to the insides sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
Build strong relationships with B2B clients through regular engagement
Share product details, pricing, and offer updates via call
Coordinate with logistics/sales teams for order fulfilment and client support

Key Requirements:

Educational Qualification:
B.Sc Agriculture / M.Sc Agriculture
– Preferred
Other Graduates
– Must have
minimum 6 months of experience
in
sales or telecalling
Strong communication skills in
Hindi
Confident in handling product explanation and client interaction over calls
Good knowledge of MS Excel and telecalling tools/CRMs
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
