Role & responsibilities

Job Description

• To ensure successful set-up/implementation, validation, commissioning and running of Pre-Filled Saline Syringes moulding & Mould Line at Harsoria Healthcare Pvt Ltd Unit-2, Baddi in
• To co-ordinate with various vendors for production equipment, disposables, components etc. required to run the Pre-filled moulding & mould Run
• To hire and train required man-power (Operators, Helpers, etc.) required for above production line
• To prepare required SOPs, Work Instructions, Process Parameters and other documents required for effective functioning of above production line
• To co-ordinate with Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs dept. for timely validation of production processes
• To ensure that production takes place as per GMP Guidelines.
• To guide the production operators in case of any problems or issues.
• To trouble shoot any technical problems or equipment problems.
• To ensure the preventive maintenance and up-keep of all equipment
• Responsible for taking corrective and preventive actions.
• Authorized for implementing SOPs in the respective section.
• Authorized for performing the process validation.
• Should be knowledge in 5 S , Kaizen ,TPM
• Should be knowledge SMED.
• Run Syringe mould Semi Hot runner & Fully Hot runner.
• Break down Should be Analize.(Root Cause & CAPA)

• Must have Experience with syringe mould
• Experience with PRE-FILLED SYRINGE MOULD & All injection moulding Eletrical machine Fanuc & Shibaura
• Good communication skills & well versed with computer operations
• Capable of working with a team of sizable persons

Gross Monthly Salary: 25000 - 30000
