JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR QC AM/DM Experience in Medical device manufacturing plant as QC/QA person.Responsible for complete operation of Incoming, In-process and Finish goods inspection.Responsible for Quality Control documentation as per our QMS requirement. Preparation of test methods (work instruction, specification and validation protocol). In house/outside calibration activity handling of measuring instruments.Validation of machine/components.Knowledge about plastic Moulding process. Knowledge of Assembly product/components drawing reading.Knowledge of testing Instrument/Machine (Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Toolmaker microscope, Projection microscope & Tensile Testing Machine etc.)Knowledge about manufacturing process and system standards.Understanding with ISO standards and gap analysis. LOCATION- UNIT-2 of HARSORIA HEALTHCARE PVT. LTD. at BADDI, HP WORK WEEK- 6 days a week DESIRED ATTRIBUTES- TOTAL EXPERIENCE: At least 7-8 years experience in a Medical device industry in Quality Control department (Knowledge of Incoming, In-process & FG Product Inspection). - Basic Knowledge about ISO 13485, GDP, GMP and Indian MDR. Role & responsibilities To ensure successful set-up/implementation, validation, commissioning and running of Pre-Filled Saline Syringes moulding & Mould Line at Harsoria Healthcare Pvt Ltd Unit-2, Baddi in To co-ordinate with various vendors for production equipment, disposables, components etc. required to run the PFS moulding & mould RunTo hire and train required man-power (Operators, Helpers, etc.) required for above production lineTo prepare required SOPs, Work Instructions, Process Parameters and other documents required for effective functioning of above production lineTo co-ordinate with Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs dept. for timely validation of production processesTo ensure that production takes place as per GMP Guidelines.To guide the production operators in case of any problems or issues.To trouble shoot any technical problems or equipment problems.To ensure the preventive maintenance and up-keep of all equipmentResponsible for taking corrective and preventive actions.Authorized for implementing SOPs in the respective section.Authorized for performing the process validation.Should be knowledge in 5 S , Kaizen ,TPM Should be knowledge SMED.Run Syringe mould Semi Hot runner & Fully Hot runner.Break down Should be Analize.(Root Cause & CAPA)Preferred candidate profile Candidate preferred from DISPOSABLE MEDICAL DEVICES INDUSTRY Only.CIPET candidates also preferred. Role & responsibilities - Identify and on-board potential customer/Hospital to generate new business- Making regular sales call to private/corporate hospitals (Existing and New customer)- Mapping of the customers for entirely assigned territory.- Reporting to HQ on daily Call report regularly- Monitor and plan sales activity to ensure achievement of monthly sales target.- Explaining product details and features to doctors, technicians, nurses, etc.- Fulfilling documentary requirements for rate contracts with different institutions- Coordinate with distributor/Hospitals for commercials like orders, payment etc.- Communicating orders to Logistics/Store Manager & ensuring timely delivery of goods- Fielding any customer complaints and resolving it satisfactorily- Participating in Trade Fairs at company stall/booth- Developing promotional strategies including CMEs etc.- Competitor analysis and assessing the opportunities for business development in the region TRAVELLING- Regional travel required- Occasional travel to Trade Fairs and events WORK WEEK- 6 days a weekDESIRED ATTRIBUTES- TOTAL EXPERIENCE: 1 - 5 yearsPreferred candidate profile - Prefer experience hospital sales, (medical devices/equipment, pharmaceuticals)- Presentable with good inter-personal and communication skills- B.Sc./M.Sc. preferred- Sales experience in FMCG/electronics/equipment fields may be acceptable in certain cases.- MUST be able to communicate by email routinely (internet connection and device required)REMUNERATIONWill be decided based on experience, current CTC and other attributes.Range: 25,000 40,000 per month + IncentiveLocation - will be Guwahati & will be taking care of 7 states in North-East
