1. Design, implement, and manage a KRA-based performance system across departments, optimized for medical device manufacturing operations.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, PPC, QC, Maintenance, QA, RA, Supply Chain etc.) to identify measurable KPIs for each KRA.
3. Monitor progress and performance against KRAs at the individual, team and department level and prepare monthly & quarterly reports for the review of the management.
4. Actively Contribute to the regular review meetings to evaluate progress and identify gaps in the execution of KPIs.
5. Facilitate regular review meetings with stakeholders to assess alignment with the organizational objectives.
6. Analyze performance data and generate reports to assist the management team in strategic decision-making.
7. Ensure integration of KRAs with performance appraisal and reward systems.
8. Use KRA performance metrics to drive recommendations for process optimization.
9. Stay updated with industry benchmarks and best practices in the performance management.
10. Coordinate to integrate KRAs into employee evaluations and development plans.
Person responsible for developing, implementing and managing a performance framework aligned with the strategic goals of the organization. MBA with 8-10 years of experience in Plastic Industries/Single Use Medical Device Manufacturing Industries.
