Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen and acquire talent appropriate for open positions
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline and an active database of candidates to meet the hiring targets of the organization
  • Develop new recruitment partners and maintain regular interaction with the current partners, utilizing social media and other networks to identify and source industry relevant partners.
  • Responsible to maintain candidate database, ensure all information relevant to the candidate is up to date (resume, skills, assessment scores etc) and is documented and available for all stages of recruitment
  • Share weekly and monthly Biometric Attendance, ensuring data is maintained correctly and up to date
  • Responsible for all internal and external coordination activities

Qualifications

  • Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 4 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 1 year in Talent Acquisition. Industry specific experience will be an added advantage
