Reporting Analyst

Job Title - Reporting Analyst/ Data Analyst Shift Time 1 PM to 10 PM Monday to Friday Responsibilities: Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the department. Maintain databases and perform necessary updates to ensure data accuracy. Regularly examine reports to identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors. Analyze and collect data to support various business reporting needs. Create insightful business reports based on key data points. Communicate analytical findings clearly in both written and verbal form to management. Support departments such as marketing and sales with data-driven insights. Monitor data trends to identify shifts in financial and business performance. Qualifications: 2 to 4 years of experience in drafting financial or business reports. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven reporting. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, graphs, and charts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. High attention to detail with an understanding of its impact on outcomes. Basic knowledge of business operations, strategy, and data flow. Technical Requirements: Must have working knowledge of Python, SQL, Advanced Excel, and Power BI .
