Job Description

As a part of the JLL team, you will be responsible for data maintenance of property-based information, including understanding, extracting, and entering data onto databases. Managing multiple CRM platforms and projects while meeting time constraints and expectations. Analyzing databases and large volumes of data, familiar with querying case management system records. Extracting data, creating reports, and providing insights using Advanced Excel, Power BI, MS Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc. Collaborating with team members to improve data capturing and database quality. Contributing information to enable rating teams to meet core objectives and targets. Key Responsibilities: - Flexibility to adapt to new tools and processes. - Quality focused with a keen eye for detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for comprehending instructions, communicating with stakeholders, leading stakeholder relationships independently. - Proficient user of tools such as Advanced Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, etc. Qualifications Required: - A Masters/bachelors degree in technology or similar fields. - 4-6 years of professional experience in reporting and analytics. - Shift timings: 1 PM - 10 PM IST. - Location: Gurugram, Haryana.
