Reporting Analyst

Role Overview: As a Reporting and Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI and Advanced Excel. You will perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis to support business operations and strategic initiatives. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights will be a key part of your role. Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs and automating recurring reports to streamline reporting processes will also be essential. Additionally, you will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership, as well as support ad-hoc reporting and data requests from various business units. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI and Advanced Excel. - Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis to support business operations and strategic initiatives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs. - Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership. - Support ad-hoc reporting and data requests from various business units. Qualification Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in reporting and data analysis roles. - Expertise in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, macros, Power Query). - Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation, DAX formulas, and data modeling. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner. - Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
