Renewals Manager

You should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the General Insurance (GI) industry to be considered for this position. Your main responsibility will be to support retention through business strategy and analysis. This will involve benchmarking industry retention conversions, processes, and online platforms using information from internal and external sources. You will collaborate with business and retention teams to enhance retention rates and develop new and improved processes. Additionally, you will coordinate with various stakeholders to create seamless renewal journeys across all customer touchpoints, thereby improving the overall customer experience. Designing and implementing recognition and reward programs will also be part of your role, along with any other retention product-related activities.
