Renewals Manager

As a Senior Associate Renewals Manager at PowerSchool, your role is crucial in overseeing, forecasting, and closing subscription renewals in your assigned book of business. You will have direct engagement with customers, collaborating with the overall account team to maximize retention, minimize churn, and uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities for new products and services. Your responsibilities include: - Overseeing a high volume, transactional book of business - Engaging with customers approximately 120 days prior to expiration - Proposing Services, training credits, and Premium Support - Evaluating coterm opportunities for streamlined processes - Understanding negotiation tactics and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities - Developing an understanding of customer approval processes and budget cycles - Identifying risks and collaborating with the account team to mitigate them - Maintaining consistent updates in Salesforce CRM for pipeline management - Ensuring accurate forecast of renewals pipeline as defined by the business - Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications for this role include: - 4-6 years of prior experience in Renewals Management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with intermediate knowledge of Excel - Salesforce or prior CRM experience required - Ability to multi-task and meet metric deadlines - Strong problem-solving, reasoning skills, and attention to detail - Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities - Ability to handle a heavy workload and multiple projects with frequent interruptions and schedule changes - Associate degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred At PowerSchool, we are dedicated to empowering personalized education for students globally, and as part of the Success and Renewals team, you will play a crucial role in championing our customers" needs.,
