• We are hiring for Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialists, Denial Management Experts, Prior Authorization (PA) Specialists, Eligibility & Benefits Verification Agents, Payment Posting Executives, Medical Billing & Coding Specialists, and RCM Team Leads / SMEs / Quality Analysts.

• Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end U.S. healthcare billing cycle, reviewing and resolving insurance denials, handling payer communication, verifying patient eligibility and benefits, maintaining daily productivity and accuracy targets, and collaborating with U.S. clients, team leads, and QA teams.

• Required skills and experience include 1–6 years of experience in U.S. healthcare RCM, strong understanding of CPT/ICD codes, EOBs, and payer workflows, experience with major EMRs and payer portals, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work in U.S. shifts (EST/CST/PST).

• Preferred skills and experience include exposure to multi-specialty billing, knowledge of payer-specific guidelines and prior authorization workflows, and proven experience with AR aging buckets, denial root-cause analysis, or productivity dashboards.
