About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and motivated fresh graduates who want to start their career in US Staffing and Bench Sales recruiting. This role offers training and exposure to the US recruitment process, working directly with clients and consultants across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and understand the end-to-end US IT recruitment process.

Source, screen, and qualify candidates for US clients using job boards, databases, and social media platforms.

For Bench Sales recruiters: promote available consultants (on the “bench”) to suitable job requirements and build relationships with vendors and clients.

Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback between candidates and clients.

Maintain recruitment records and daily activity reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Fresh graduates are welcome).

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Interest in US IT staffing/recruitment industry.

Basic computer skills; familiarity with MS Office and internet research.
