For Bench Sales recruiters: promote available consultants (on the “bench”) to suitable job requirements and build relationships with vendors and clients. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback between candidates and clients. Maintain recruitment records and daily activity reports. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Fresh graduates are welcome). Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Interest in US IT staffing/recruitment industry.
