Role Description

This is a Part-time, remote Freelance position for a Remote IT Resourcing Specialist. The role involves identifying and sourcing IT talent, collaborating with clients to understand staffing needs, and building a pipeline of qualified candidates. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, assessing technical skills, and ensuring the seamless alignment of IT professionals with client requirements. Reporting progress and maintaining candidate and client databases are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration
• Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows effectively
• Familiarity with IT staffing processes and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
• Experience in IT talent resourcing or recruitment is a plus
