Remote Executive Assistant

Role Overview: We're looking for a Remote Executive Assistant to support our Director with daily coordination, task management, and communication. This is a virtual role with voice and chat-based support as a key requirement. You will help streamline daily operations by handling reminders, follow-ups, and task tracking, allowing our Director to focus on execution and design leadership. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update daily to-do lists and priorities Manage and update the Director’s Google Calendar Follow up with vendors, clients, and team members (via WhatsApp, email, or calls) Receive and summarize voice notes into actionable tasks Send reminders and updates throughout the day Keep a record of ongoing project status and updates Requirements: Excellent written and spoken English Good at organizing information and setting reminders Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Calendar, and basic Excel. Hindi and/or Tamil fluency is a big plus Ability to take calls during working hours (9 am – 9 pm, flexible shifts) Own laptop + internet connection Bonus if you have: Experience supporting architecture/interior design/construction professionals Interest in operations, design, or coordination roles About Us: We are 53 Studios, an interactive design firm based in Chennai, working across architecture, interiors, and renovation projects.
