Location: Remote - WFH | Full-Time (US time zone)

We are seeking an experienced Release Management Engineer / Consultant to establish and lead our Release Management Practice. You will integrate release processes into a pipeline, taking ownership of production deployments from the Development team. This is a remote position requiring availability in US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize release management pipelines using On-premise Azure DevOps.
• Manage enterprise GitHub integrations for streamlined deployments.
• Oversee end-to-end production releases, ensuring reliability, compliance, and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with Development, Operations, and stakeholders to transition deployment responsibilities.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve release processes.

Required Qualifications

• 4-10 years of hands-on experience in release management or DevOps engineering.
• Proven expertise in On-premise Azure DevOps, including pipelines, boards, and repositories.
• Strong experience with enterprise GitHub for CI/CD workflows and version control.
• Familiarity with production deployment best practices in enterprise environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of additional tools like Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, or similar for hybrid pipelines.
• Scripting proficiency (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, YAML).
