Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional with 8-15 years of experience in ITSM processes, specifically in release and change management activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytic skills and experience in coordinating production deployments for Application and infra releases.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate production deployments for Application and infra releases.
Manage Change Approval Board and stakeholder relationships.
Create and manage change requests for production changes using ServiceNow tool.
Conduct Security Impact Assessment (SIA) process for application and infrastructure changes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of release and change management activities.
Analyze and resolve complex issues related to release and change management.

Job Requirements

Good working knowledge of creating and managing change requests for production changes using ServiceNow tool.
Strong understanding of agile processes and ESDLC processes.
Experience in DevOps, automated deployment tools, CD/CI pipelines, software packaging, and version control.
Basic knowledge of Operating Systems and Oracle Database.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work as a team player in a globally located team environment.
