Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Relationship Officer/Relationship Manager at Aavas Financiers Ltd., based in Agra. Responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, understanding customer financing needs, conducting customer assessments, promoting housing loan products, and supporting sales targets. The role also involves addressing queries, ensuring excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless loan disbursal and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
• Background in Finance, with an understanding of housing loans and related financial products.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customer segments.
• Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an exceptional experience.
• Sales skills and a results-oriented mindset to achieve business targets in a competitive market.
• Knowledge of the local market and languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the financial services or housing finance sector is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field is required.
