Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Limited (USFBL), established on April 30, 2016, provides banking and financial services with a focus on underserved and unserved areas of the country. The Bank, headquartered in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, began its operations on January 23, 2017, following the small finance banking licence granted by RBI. It primarily focuses on lending in rural and semi-urban locations, while its deposit services are available nationwide. USFBL offers a range of loans including microfinance, MSME, housing, personal, commercial vehicle, and wholesale lending. It also provides digital services such as Internet and Mobile Banking and online account opening facilities.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Muzaffarpur for a Relationship Officer. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and promoting financial products and services. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, assisting with financial transactions, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

Strong Business Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
Experience in Finance and Sales
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in the banking sector is a plus
