Job Description

You will be responsible for achieving the sales targets by sourcing, servicing, and logging the home loan business, specifically focusing on Affordable Housing Loans. Your primary tasks will include acquiring new clients for Affordable Housing Loans and building a network of builders to facilitate smooth file movement by ensuring the APS is cleared. Additionally, you will be tasked with mapping the assigned area or geography regularly with the guidance of your supervisor. It will be your responsibility to identify new sources within the allocated area or geography. You will also need to manage relationships with all assigned and identified sources within the designated area. Furthermore, you will be expected to maintain reports related to sales and all activities in the prescribed format. This will involve meticulous record-keeping and timely documentation to track progress and ensure transparency in operations.
