About the Role:

Customer Relations & Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to card sales and customer inquiries.
Promote and sell financial/card products to potential customers through tele sales.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage customer issues, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and service targets.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
4–6 years of experience
in cards, tele sales, customer service, or customer relationship management.
Excellent
communication skills in English
(both spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
