Role & responsibilities To achieve monthly targets assigned individually and for the team. To ensure that all telesales activities are directed to meeting sales targets. To develop and implement telesales strategies and objectives as well as set challenging sales target and ensure that these target are achieved. To achieve service standards and monitor, evaluate and measure performances to achieve top productivity and efficiency from systems as well as the product campaigns. To drive cross sell effort Analysis of leads received Select. Conversion of leads into Sale Updating all the systems as per the call with the customer. Processing of the request or offer given to the customer. Constant follow up with the concerned department if the process is delayed or not fulfilled as per the customers request. Handling of all customer issues and resolve the same at the earliest and highlight them to the TL. Maintaining all records of the approval, requests and reports handled. Compilation of daily and monthly reports and MIS for the team. Preferred candidate profile University Graduate. Excellent people management skills. 1-2 years' experience in similar work environment. Preferably has a practical marketing background. Has strong Sales and customer focus and ability to think creatively and work under pressure. Excellent presentation skills.
