Profile :- Relationship Officer Job Role & Responsibilities The Relationship Officer (RO 811) is responsible for servicing and onboarding customers who have opened zero balance accounts by dialing the 811 number. The role includes customer visits, completing KYC formalities, and cross-selling financial products. Key Responsibilities: Customer Visits: Visit customers at their residence who have opened zero balance accounts via the 811 number to complete account activation and service formalities. Documentation & KYC: Collect and verify required documents, and complete full KYC (Know Your Customer) as per regulatory and company guidelines. Cross-Selling: Promote and sell additional financial products such as CASA (Current Account & Savings Account), Loans, and Insurance. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with customers, provide support, and resolve any queries to ensure customer satisfaction. This is 100 % field sales profiles . Ctc 15k 25 k + incentive + on roll job Job location :- Bangalore
